Our menu
Zoltan Polgar the chef/proprietor has arrived via London to open his first restaurant on the island Salitre Menorca and after 5 years he continues his career at CalaMar, where he combines his love for traditional Spanish flavors with his desire to use local produce to create a seasonal menu that changes frequently according to availability and will give us more possibilities to incorporate and merge new dishes.
His London experience encompasses Michelin starred “Artisan” in Mayfair, the Georgian restaurant in Harrods and Brindisa Tapas in London Bridge. His last position in the capital was as executive head chef of José Pizarro’s three Spanish Restaurants.
